2. What these terms cover
These terms govern what you buy as a consumer on grasshall.com. By paying for an order you accept them.
We publish these terms in Spanish, English and German. If the versions differ, the Spanish text prevails.
The version in force on the day of your order applies. You can save or print it from this page and ask us for a copy at any time.
3. Adults 18 and over only
We only sell to people aged 18 or over. By buying you confirm you are. If we learn an order was placed by a minor, we cancel it and refund it.
No Grasshall product contains tobacco or nicotine.
4. Products
We sell rolling papers, filter tips, carbon filters, storage jars, odour neutralisers and the NOIDS Herb Lab, an electric appliance that infuses herbs into oil or butter.
We describe every product as accurately as we can. Use each one as its instructions say. The NOIDS Herb Lab comes with its manual.
5. Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT.
Shipping costs €0.00 today. If that changes, you will see the cost before you pay.
The price shown when you order is the price you pay. If a price is clearly wrong, we tell you before shipping and you can cancel at no cost.
6. How an order works
- You add products to your bag.
- At checkout you review the products, quantities and total. Until you pay you can correct anything.
- You enter your email, delivery address, phone number and payment details on Stripe's secure page.
- You press the pay button. That button means you must pay.
- We confirm your order by email.
The contract is concluded when we receive your payment. We keep a record of every order.
7. Payment
You pay by card or with the methods shown at checkout. Stripe processes the payment. We never see your full card details.
You are charged when you place the order.
8. Shipping and delivery
We ship from Spain to 27 countries of the European Union. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 days. The details are on shipping.
If we do not deliver within 30 days of your order, you can cancel it and we refund everything you paid.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the order.
9. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw without giving a reason. How to do it, the form and refunds are on returns.
10. Legal guarantee
Products carry a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. We explain it on returns.
11. Availability
If a product turns out to be unavailable after you pay, we tell you and refund it within 14 days at the latest.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Customer service and complaints
Write to hola@grasshall.com. A person answers.
If you ask, we give you the official complaint form (hoja de reclamaciones).
14. Resolving disputes
The European online dispute resolution platform (ODR) closed on 20 July 2025.
If we cannot agree, you can go to your local consumer information office (OMIC), the Galician consumer authority (Instituto Galego do Consumo e da Competencia) or the Consumer Arbitration Board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo). If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre can help.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country.
You can bring a claim before the courts where you live.
