What it is
When you make a tincture, the Herb Lab evaporates the alcohol at up to 102 °C. The condenser sits on top and cools that vapour, so it runs back as liquid instead of drifting into your kitchen.
It wears like any part you handle every week. A crack or a lost one stops the evaporation step, and this puts it back.
