The Terp Seals glass jar is an airtight glass jar with a vacuum pump built into the lid. Press it, and it pulls the air out and holds the seal. A smell proof jar that does the sealing for you.

What it is

Most jars rely on a clip and a rubber ring, and the ring gives up first. Terp Seals pumps the air out, seals with a thick silicone O-ring and watches for leaks. If pressure creeps back in, the lid notices and restores the vacuum.

A display on the lid shows humidity, temperature and how many days the jar has been closed. It charges over USB-C. Use it for coffee, loose tea, spices or dried herbs: anything that loses its smell to air.
